Live ONU list

Status, RX power, distance, last down time and reason for every ONU. Search by port, serial or customer name.

Fiber-cut and power-cut alerts

When many ONUs on one PON drop together you get one alert, not fifty. It closes itself when they come back.

Radar

Finds ONUs whose signal is getting weaker or that keep dropping, before the customer calls.

AutoFind and authorize

New ONUs show up on their own. Authorize them with a profile and a name, or blacklist a serial.

ONU control

Reboot, enable, disable, rename or delete ONUs, one at a time or in bulk. Bulk names from a CSV file.

MikroTik name match

Reads your PPPoE users from MikroTik and puts the username and package on the right ONU. It never changes MikroTik.

FTTH map

Import your Google Earth KML per PON. Customers are coloured by their live ONU status.

PON module temperature, TX power, CPU and power supply over time. Optional extra.

What it does, and what it doesn’t

It does

  • Reads the whole OLT every few minutes: PONs, ONUs, RX power, distance, down reason
  • Reboots, enables, disables, renames, authorizes, deletes and blacklists ONUs
  • Alerts your team on fiber cut, power cut, OLT down and weak signal
  • Shows the PPPoE username and package on each ONU from MikroTik
  • Reboots the whole OLT, only after two warnings and typing its name
  • Logs every action with who, when, from which IP, and the reason

–It doesn’t

  • VLAN changes. Left out on purpose: one wrong VLAN can drop a whole zone
  • Changing your MikroTik. It only reads PPPoE users and queues
  • Billing. Keep SmartISP, ISP Biller or what you use today
  • Firmware upgrade, config backup or restore of the OLT
  • Live traffic graphs per ONU (not yet)
  • OLTs reachable only on a private IP. The OLT needs a public IP or a port forward

One wrong click should never take a zone down.

  1. Read first, write only on purpose

    Monitoring only reads. Nothing is sent to the OLT until a person presses a button they are allowed to press.

  2. Only safe commands

    Every command the app can send is on a fixed list. Commands like “delete all ONUs” are blocked in the code.

  3. A reason for risky actions

    Delete, disable, bulk actions and OLT reboot ask for a reason, and delete asks you to type the serial.

  4. Its own security log

    Logins, wrong passwords and every OLT action, kept apart from your office staff’s logs.

  5. Password stays locked

    The OLT password is encrypted and never shown again, not even to us.

OLT questions

Can the app change something on my OLT by mistake?

Monitoring only reads. Changes happen only when a user with that permission presses a button, and risky ones ask for a reason and a typed confirmation.

Do I need ISP OneDesk to use OLT OneDesk?

No. You can use OLT OneDesk on its own at olt.isponedesk.com, and add office modules later on the same account.

My OLT is not VSOL. Will it work?

Add it and press Capture. The app reads your OLT’s menus without changing anything and sends them to us. We tell you how long support will take.

Does my MikroTik get changed?

No. The app only reads PPPoE users, secrets and queues to match names and packages to ONUs.

Can field staff use it on the phone?

Yes. Open the panel in the phone browser and add it to the home screen. Give them the Field role so they see only what they need.
